FAST-PACED VALIDATION OF A NEW HIGH GROWTH PRODUCT or CHANGE INITIATIVE
A 13-week mentorship / coaching program, immersing teams of innovators and change agents into the world of lean startup product development and the agile way of working. Through a real-life, hands-on experience in working with lean startup tools, teams will collaborate intensively in touch with customers in a fast-paced search and validation of new growth, change and collaboration opportunities and customer value.
