Challenge
ACREATE ENTHUSIASM, RAISE AWARENESS AND GET YOUR ORGANIZATION INVOLVED IN GENERATING IDEAS
Through a strong communication campaign around innovation and collaboration, spark ideas and initiatives, raise enthusiasm and get forerunners involved around the a shared purpose. In the selection round, the most innovative teams will be selected to develop and pitch their idea at a 3-day bootcamp.
Outcomes
- Broad organizational exposure to innovation initiatives
- A predetermined number of teams that can enter an Market Validation or Change Sprint
- Identify early innovators and potential innovation ambassadors
- Build a collaborative mindset around a common purpose above and beyond the current challenges and goals of the merging cultures
- Generate more positive examples and storytelling of successful collaborations
